At The Nature, we recruit owners for each property, and with their investment, we develop and operate the accommodations.
- Single-owner per property
- Each property is purchased by a single owner, not jointly owned.
- Full-service development and operation
- The Nature handles all property selection, design, and operation. Owners do not need to make any decisions—the company designs and constructs the property entirely according to The Nature’s vision.
- Monthly revenue distribution
- Profits, based on financial reports, are distributed monthly or quarterly according to each owner’s investment. All revenue and booking details are fully transparent.
