Terms and Conditions

• Article 1 (Scope of Application)

  All accommodation contracts and related contracts for all accommodation facilities operated by our company (hereinafter referred to as "our facilities” ) shall be supplemented by these terms and conditions.

• Article 2 (Reservations and Contract Formation)

  Reservations are accepted via methods specified by our facilities, including booking sites, the official website, phone, or email. A reservation is considered confirmed either when our facilities notify the applicant of confirmation or when prepayment is completed. If it is found that false information was provided, the reservation was resold, or our facilities are used for commercial purposes, our facilities may invalidate the contract and claim damages.

• Article 3 (Accommodation Fees and Payment)

  Accommodation fees shall be the amount indicated at the time the reservation is confirmed.
  Payments must be made by credit card or other methods specified by our facilities.
  No refunds will be provided for changes in the number of guests or shortening of stay after check-in.

• Article 4 (Cancellation Policy)

  Cancellations made for the guest’s convenience will incur the following fees.

  • - 14 days before : 20% of the accommodation fee
  • - 10 days before : 50% of the accommodation fee
  • - 7 days before : 75% of the accommodation fee
  • - On the day of check-in: 100% of the accommodation fee
  • - No-show cancellation : 100% of the accommodation fee

  In cases of force majeure, such as natural disasters or suspension of transportation services, we will respond flexibly; however, documentation may be requested.

• Article 5 (House Rules)

  Check-in and check-out times must follow the guidance of each facility.
  Smoking and open flames are strictly prohibited on the premises.
  In cases of noise, parties, or disturbances to neighbors, guests may be asked to leave immediately without a refund.
  Entry by non-registered guests is prohibited.

• Article 6 (Limitation of Liability)

  Guests will be charged for any damage to the facility, equipment, or furnishings caused by their negligence or intentional actions.
  Our facilities are not responsible for damages resulting from natural disasters, power outages, communication failures, or other events beyond its control.

• Article 7 (Personal Information)

  Guests’ personal information will not be used for purposes other than providing accommodation services and ensuring safety, except as required by law.
