Ownership Model

At The Nature, we recruit owners for each property, and with their investment, we develop and operate the accommodations.

Single-owner per property
Each property is purchased by a single owner, not jointly owned.
Full-service development and operation
The Nature handles all property selection, design, and operation. Owners do not need to make any decisions—the company designs and constructs the property entirely according to The Nature’s vision.
Monthly revenue distribution
Profits, based on financial reports, are distributed monthly or quarterly according to each owner’s investment. All revenue and booking details are fully transparent.
